Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (5x8 Hours, 7:30–16:00) | Every Third Weekend Required | Minimum 7 Call Days Per Month

Key Responsibilities

• Scrub and circulate for interventional radiology, cardiology, vascular, and electrophysiology procedures in a combination lab setting
• Assist providers during diagnostic and interventional radiology and cardiology procedures, including urgent and emergent cases
• Support procedures involving device implants such as pacemakers (PPM) and implantable cardioverter-defibrillators (ICD) for adult and geriatric patients
• Operate and assist with specialized equipment including GE MAC Lab, Philips iFR/IVUS, Canon and GE Labs, Angio Jet, Penumbra, EKOS, Inari, CSI Atherectomy System, IABP, Impella, and Sono Site ultrasound units
• Participate in on-call rotation with a 30-minute callback requirement for STEMIs; IR callback time varies by procedure type
• Monitor telemetry and support clinical workflow within a combo IR/Cardiology/Vascular/EP lab environment

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab or IR Tech experience required
• Interventional Radiology (IR) experience is required; the lab is approximately 80% IR-focused
• Proficiency in scrubbing, circulating, and telemetry monitoring
• Active ACLS and BCLS certifications required
• Active ARRT or RCIS certification required
• NC or Compact state license required (pending license acceptable at time of submission)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Ability to perform EKG lead placement
• ARRT Advanced Certification preferred
• RCES or RCIS with medication administration experience preferred
