Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Complete required clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals
• Maintain compliance with credentialing and facility-specific requirements throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Pennsylvania (permanent license required)
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Ability to meet contract quality assurance credentialing requirements
• Candidates who have worked at this facility in a permanent or PRN capacity within the last year are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel therapy experience in an outpatient setting
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with outpatient EMR systems
• Ability to adapt quickly to facility-specific workflows and protocols
