Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM) | 3 x 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours per Week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to rehabilitation patients during overnight shift hours
- Monitor patient progress, assess conditions, and document clinical findings accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to support individualized patient recovery plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals, discharge planning, and ongoing care needs
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS certification
- Prior experience in a rehabilitation nursing setting
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a consistent weekly schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital environment
- Familiarity with rehabilitation-specific documentation and care planning processes
