Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery (Nights)

Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts with Rotating Weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Labor and Delivery unit, including intraoperative (OR) and PACU support
• Deliver postpartum couplet care for mothers and newborns 32 weeks gestational age and above
• Support a unit averaging 60+ deliveries per month, with volume expected to increase to 80+ deliveries per month
• Function as a Charge RN as needed, demonstrating leadership and clinical oversight
• Practice evidence-based care to ensure the highest quality patient experience
• Participate in call rotation, typically one 12-hour shift every six weeks

Required Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN license or compact license with authorization to practice in Colorado
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• S.T.A.B.L.E. certification
• Flu vaccine required (or agreement to obtain by 10/31/25)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience as a travel RN in a Labor and Delivery setting
• Demonstrated RN Charge experience in a Labor and Delivery or related unit
• Ability to work with limited requested time off and a flexible, team-oriented approach
