Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 36 Guaranteed Hours per Week | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care services within a pediatric acute care hospital setting, including NICU and PICU environments
• Deliver respiratory therapy in a Level 1 trauma and emergency department setting
• Assess, treat, and monitor pediatric patients with respiratory and neurological diagnostic needs
• Utilize EPIC electronic health record system for accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to meet the respiratory needs of critically ill pediatric patients

Required Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience
• Experience in NICU and/or PICU is required
• Valid MO state license or compact license (pending license considered at time of submittal)
• Must reside outside a 75-mile radius of the facility (no local candidates accepted)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a pediatric emergency department setting
• Background working in a Level 1 trauma facility
• Familiarity with EPIC charting platform
