Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Level III or Level IV NICU, supporting neonates from 23–24 weeks gestation and above
• Operate and monitor advanced respiratory equipment including CPAP/BiPAP, High Frequency Ventilators, Oscillators, and conventional Ventilators
• Administer blood and blood products, manage PICC/Central Lines, and operate syringe pumps
• Attend high-risk deliveries and support neonatal surgical cases as needed
• Perform procedures including Cardioversion/Defibrillation, Cooling/Warming Blanket therapy, and Feeding Tube management
• Float occasionally to satellite Step-Down Nursery campuses or Pediatrics/Newborn Nursery, providing care for infants only

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license; compact license accepted
• Minimum of 3 years of NICU experience
• Experience in a Level III or Level IV NICU setting
• Proficiency with advanced neonatal respiratory support equipment
• Willingness to float to different campuses as needed
• Must meet travel compliance requirements including 2 professional references covering at least 1 year within the last 3 years

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience caring for extremely premature neonates (23–24 weeks gestation)
• Familiarity with neonatal surgical pre- and post-operative care
• Comfort working in a high-census, large-unit environment
