Registered Nurse – LTAC ICU

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | 36–48 Hours Per Week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) ICU setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, responding to changes in condition in a timely and appropriate manner
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established care plans
• Document patient assessments, care provided, and outcomes accurately using EPIC EMR
• Float to other units and campuses as needed based on census, performing only tasks within demonstrated and documented competencies
• Complete all required pre-assignment modules and annual compliance requirements within designated timeframes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications
• Minimum 1 year of recent EPIC EMR experience
• Ability to complete pre-assignment testing and required modules within 48 hours of receiving login credentials

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior LTAC experience strongly preferred
• Experience working in a travel or contract nursing capacity
