Contract | Days (4x10-Hour Shifts, 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM) | Onsite | Call Required: One weekday per week; every 5th weekend (Friday 6:00 PM – Monday 7:00 AM); holiday call may apply

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Cath Lab procedures including stents, angioplasty, angiograms, and STEMI/PCI interventions in an inpatient and outpatient setting
• Assist with IR/Angio and special procedures such as paracentesis and thoracentesis
• Float to EP lab as needed when Cath Lab or IR case volume is low, particularly for candidates with EP experience
• Operate and support IABP and Impella devices as required
• Perform general clinical skills including IV starts and EKGs
• Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR

Required Qualifications

• ARRT certification required and must be in hand at time of submittal
• Active Ohio Department of Health (ODH) license required; Ohio license pending is acceptable, but Michigan license must be in hand
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA) required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a STEMI/PCI facility; must be STEMI ready
• IABP and Impella training required
• Epic EMR charting experience required
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in electrophysiology (EP) procedures
• Background in both inpatient and outpatient work settings
• Familiarity with a high-volume Cath Lab environment (average daily census of 25–30 patients across 7 rooms)
