Contract | Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Set Schedule | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical and/or Telemetry unit during night shift hours
- Monitor and assess patients in a Med-Surg/Observation setting with a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio
- Provide care in a Step-Down capacity with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio when applicable
- Administer and manage medications using Omnicell dispensing systems
- Operate Alaris infusion pumps as part of patient care delivery
- Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Arizona or compact state eligibility
- Demonstrated experience in Medical-Surgical nursing
- Experience with Telemetry monitoring
- Proficiency with Meditech EMR, Alaris pumps, and Omnicell medication systems
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Step-Down unit experience is preferred but not required
- Comfort working in a low-census call rotation alongside full-time staff
