Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions resulting in decline of physical mobility or functional independence
- Provide outpatient rehabilitation services across a variety of specialty areas including sports and orthopedic rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, and balance and dizziness rehab
- Deliver pediatric rehabilitation, wheelchair seating, and neck, back, and extremity care as needed
- Travel to multiple points of care to support patient treatment needs
Required Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license required
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required
- Ability to travel to multiple care locations
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation settings
- Background in neurological, pediatric, or balance and vestibular rehabilitation
