Contract | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 3x12-hour shifts | 13 or 26-week assignment (traveler's choice)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide postpartum care to a diverse patient population following delivery, including high-risk obstetric patients
• Manage standard couplet assignments of up to 4 couplets, with potential for census surge management
• Administer and monitor Magnesium, Pitocin, and Foley catheter care; manage postpartum hemorrhage
• Support patients experiencing substance withdrawal in the postpartum setting
• Float to sister campuses for postpartum coverage and assist with second-hour labor and delivery recovery as needed
• Commit to 6 weekend days per contract and 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of postpartum nursing experience with high-acuity patient populations
• High-risk obstetric care experience required
• Active RN license (compact license must be in hand at time of submission)
• Required certifications: BLS and NRP
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR — required (hard stop)
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with JADA system for postpartum hemorrhage management
• First-time travelers welcome with qualifying experience and demonstrated ability to manage high-acuity census surges
