Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents during night shift hours
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor and document resident health status, reporting changes to appropriate clinical staff
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity and quality of care

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in West Virginia or a compact state license
• Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to commit to a 13-week contract with night shift availability

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract nursing experience
• Familiarity with long-term care documentation and electronic health record systems
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills in a geriatric care environment
