Contract | Days | Monday–Friday, 8:30–16:30 or 9:30–18:00 (3x per week) | No call, no weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services across a diverse patient population including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics in an outpatient clinic setting
• Perform comprehensive assessments including AROM/AAROM/PROM, assistive device evaluation, pain assessment, and strength testing
• Manage general orthopedic and neurological patient diagnoses with a 1:1 staffing ratio and an average daily census of 10
• Complete required documentation including evaluations, assessments, plan of care, short- and long-term goals, reassessments, discharge summaries, and time management records using WellSky and Epic (Epic charting experience required)
• Develop and instruct home exercise programs and provide patient and family education
• Float to a nearby clinic location as needed (approximately 15 minutes away)

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Michigan (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an outpatient or relevant clinical setting
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (AHA)
• Epic electronic health record experience required
• SSN, date of birth, and AHA certifications required for compliance submission
• 2 professional references from within the last 24 months required; one reference contact must be submitted within 72 hours of signing
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with neurological and orthopedic patient populations
• Familiarity with WellSky documentation system
• Experience using SBAR communication framework
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
