Contract | 12-Hour Rotating Days/Nights | Expected 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical ICU float capacity across applicable units
• Deliver high-acuity nursing care consistent with Level 1 Trauma standards and protocols
• Monitor, assess, and respond to critically ill patients in an intensive care setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Adhere to facility orientation requirements and scheduling policies, including submitting all time-off requests at the time of submission

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts (MA) Registered Nurse license
• CPR certification – American Heart Association (AHA)
• ACLS certification – American Heart Association (AHA)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Level 1 Trauma experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a float or multi-unit ICU role
• Familiarity with Medical ICU patient populations and high-acuity care environments
• Strong adaptability and ability to transition between units efficiently
