Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Medical Surgical

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit in accordance with facility protocols and nursing standards
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures under the direction of a Registered Nurse or physician
• Monitor and document patient condition, progress, and response to care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient safety and positive outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN / LVN license valid in the state of North Carolina or compact licensure eligibility
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an LPN/LVN
• Experience in a Medical Surgical setting
• Current BLS certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Familiarity with acute care workflows and electronic health record systems
• Strong adaptability and ability to integrate quickly into new care environments
