Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for Medical Oncology patients including those with solid tumors (lung, breast, pancreatic) and BMT patients (leukemia, bone marrow); average patient stay of 3–5 days
• Administer post-treatment care; chemotherapy administration by qualified/certified staff only
• Perform IV starts, trach care, port access, and central line management; no ventilator management required
• Operate CAD pumps and utilize EPIC for all charting and documentation
• Pass Relias EKG exam; interpretation and management of dysrhythmias required
• Float within Oncology service line as needed to meet facility staffing needs

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in MO or compact licensure (must match permanent residence); IL license must be in hand at time of submittal
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required by compliance document deadline
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience; first-time travelers accepted
• Must pass Relias EKG exam prior to start
• Must not reside within 75 miles of the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• BSN preferred
• Experience with BMT (bone marrow transplant) patients
• Familiarity with stem cell transplantation procedures
• Prior experience with EPIC charting system
