Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-risk perinatal nursing care in a Level III unit environment including labor and delivery, antepartum, and postpartum settings
• Maintain staffing ratios of 1:1 in labor, 1:2–3 in antepartum, and 1:3 couplets in postpartum with CNA support
• Participate in triage care alongside a skilled RN team in a 7-bay triage area
• Float to postpartum as needed to support unit staffing requirements
• Document and chart patient care using EPIC
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
• Required certifications: BLS (BCLS), ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring or Relias Fetal Monitoring
• Sterile Vaginal Exam (SVE) competency is a hard requirement
• Must commit to all RTO requests being submitted upfront at time of submittal; post-offer RTO may not be considered
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in facilities handling 200 or more deliveries per year is strongly preferred; candidates with experience at facilities handling 100–200 deliveries will be considered
• Familiarity with high-risk perinatal care environments including antepartum and OR/PACU settings
• Prior experience working alongside multidisciplinary teams including CRNAs, surgical techs, and CNAs
