Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Level III/IV NICU environment with expected patient ratios of 1:2–4
• Participate in a self-scheduling model, including 6 weekend shifts per 6-week period
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• May be expected to float between sister facilities as needed during the assignment
• Maintain a valid RN license and adhere to all facility compliance and credentialing requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license; compact license must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required; 2+ years of NICU experience strongly preferred
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a traveler
• Must submit all time-off requests and scheduling needs upfront at the time of submission — post-offer RTO requests may not be considered
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start
• Background must be clear; facility does not accept background hits

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Level III or Level IV NICU experience highly preferred
• Experience working in a children's hospital or pediatric setting
• Flexibility and adaptability in a block-scheduling environment
