Contract | Days | 5x8 Hours (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | Weekends as needed
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech-language pathology services to home health patients across assigned territory, covering multiple regional teams
- Manage an expected caseload of approximately 6 visits per day
- Float within service line to meet patient care needs across designated coverage areas
- Document patient care and clinical notes using EPIC electronic health records system
- Adhere to assigned shift schedule and fulfill all terms of the contract agreement in full
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Speech Language Pathologist license (MO or compact license required; pending licensure not accepted)
- Minimum 1 year of professional SLP experience (first-time travelers considered)
- BLS certification required
- Home health experience required
- Must live more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Compact license must match permanent state of residence
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Familiarity with EPIC charting system
- Experience managing a high-volume home health caseload
- Comfort working across a broad geographic territory (40–80 mile radius)
