CONTRACT – CATH LAB TECH (746) – 13 WEEKS – 6:30A-5:30P ON CALL REQUIRED The purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit.   Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff.    Below you will find a data collection tool to help you identify essential data needed to complete your profile.     Data Collection : Unit Information:   Cath Lab Location: HHOA Building: Floor:1st Order Detail: Facility Department Number: 74668 Discipline: Quantity: Target Start Date: Shift: Call Requirements Average 9 days per month Weekends: Average 1 weekend per month General Information Tell us about the unit(s): ·         Number of Beds – 3 labs ·         Number of Staff – 3 staff per procedure ·         Type of staff: o    Day Shift – 9 plus supervisor o    Night Shift – 3 person call team ·         Patient Ratios – 1:1 ·         Type of equipment – Philips ·         EMR -Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for:   (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)   Must have :   candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. ·         Minimum 2 yrs experience ·         Tech to have ARRT or RCIS Preferred or nice to have :   candidates with these skills will be considered first. ·           2+ yrs experience ·           List typical procedures performed on unit(s):   ·            Standard diagnostic, complex interventional cases. High volume. ·           Best personality Fit: ·           Very busy lab. Sense of urgency. ·           Dress Code : Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. ·         Scrub Color –   Scrubs provided by hospital. ·           Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. ·             Awards/Recognition:   Feel free to include items such as links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards, reigning annual chili cook-off winners, etc.   ·           4 nd highest engagement score in hospital.
