Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: $14.00/hour or more – Depending on experience
We have an immediate opening for the following position: Medical Appointment Scheduler
-
Answering high volume of phone calls: dispatching phone calls to appropriate staff members, setting appointments, handling patient inquiries with the highest standard of customer service.

Calling patients to book annual appointments.
-
Cross-covering other administrative office duties.

Scheduling appointments.
-
Creating templates for provider schedules.
Requirements
-
Medical office experience preferred.

Telemarketing or hospitality experience preferred.

Bilingual: Required (English & Spanish)
