BLS, ACLS REQUIRED

EPIC Experience REQUIRED – Do not submit without
Scrubs – Navy Blue
Tattoos/piercings – no nose rings or gauged earrings
Nails – should be less than 1/4″ in length; associates in direct client care must have natural fingernails, polish is acceptable
Cafeteria – no cafeteria available, refrigerator and microwave provided on-site
Parking – free in any unrestricted space
