No locals- Must be greater than 60 miles from 809 University Blvd E, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401 (uses tax address)
Perm staff must wait 12 months and meet 85 mile rule
Nursys- No hits are allowed, if there is a hit of ANY kind it is an automatic redirect
