| Unit Specifics: ·Number of Beds: 36 ·Patient Ratios: 1:4 / 1:5 ·Unit staffing description- secretary every day, PRN techs ·Type of equipment: PD Cyclers, Basic equipment – Welch Allyn VS Carts, Hoyer Lift, Broda Chairs, Alaris IV Pumps ·Documentation system: Meditech ·Scheduling requirements: 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week block ·Floating policy: Will float over core staff ·Patient Experience requirements: Bedside shift report, safety checks q1-2h, focus on commination and responsiveness ·Must have: COVID Vaccine Hospital Specifics- ·Certifications: BLS, NIHSS | |

| Requested Skill Set: Able to perform basic patient assessments, general care and maintenance of the following: Wounds, Tracheostomy, Ostomy, Drains, Chest Tubes, Strokes, Seizures. Patient population has at times will require dialysis or PCA pumps. Only drip is Heparin. Post-Op procedures on unit: Amputations, ostomy, drains, chest tubes, oral surgeries and wound vacs. | |
