Hospital rate: $100.00 , OT/CB: $107.00 , Hol: $150.00 , OC: $8.00 AP rate: $95.00 , AP OT/CB: $101.65, AP Hol: $142.50 , AP OC: $7.60 • One monthly obligation on a weekend consisting of call and or work not to exceed sixteen hours. • When working a weekend (Sat/Sun) eight hour shift, staff will be provided a day off either week prior to or week after; for a 40 hour week. • Call shift(s) are exempt from the day off mentioned above. • One night/evening of call per week. • Currently no post call policy in place but Charge RN strive to get call person out as soon as possible. • Reminder: Weekends begin with Friday overnight call and include all Saturday and Sunday. • Friday overnight call shift(s) are part of the Weekend whereas Sunday overnight call shift(s) are part of the week. • If a holiday falls during the week, hours will be adjusted to make forty hours based on department needs and if staff do not wish to fill may decline via email & will then not received guaranteed hours that week.
