NHC Cookeville/Sparta PT local & Travelers are welcomed! 13 week contract Must have 1-2 year minimum PT home health experience and HCHB charting a must. Must be able to complete all elements of Oasis as well including admissions, recerts, rocs, discharges and evals. Required Certifications: PT (TN) License in hand, BLS Travel to Cookeville/Sparta TN area. Mileage reimbursed at IRS rates, will accept medical COVID exemptions. ASAP starts!
