Northwell will try to keep HCP at assigned facility but may be redirected based on Staffing Needs.
Northwell does not allow use of personal PAPR equipment, if HCP fails fit test and uses PAPR equipment, the HCP will not eligible for assignment.
In the event of inclement weather HCP is expected to be at work for any and all scheduled shifts. HCP will be able to arrive early and/ or bring the necessary items to stay late after shift if needed. Weather is NOT an acceptable excuse for not reporting as scheduled.
