Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit during night shifts
- Monitor patient vital signs and clinical conditions, responding promptly to changes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and update patient care plans
- Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records
Required Qualifications
- Valid Ohio RN license or current compact state licensure
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 18 months recent, permanent Medical-Surgical/Telemetry nursing experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in a busy Med/Surg/Tele unit
- Strong knowledge of telemetry monitoring and patient assessment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
