SMS Communications & AI Screening

We use your mobile number to communicate regarding employment opportunities, interview scheduling, and application updates.

Automated technologies such as AI may be used to assist in the initial screening and scheduling process to help us process your application faster by verifying your credentials and availability in real-time.

How We Share Your Information

We may share your information with:

  • Clients seeking staffing support
  • Background check and credentialing partners
  • Credentialing platforms (e.g., for licensing or certifications)
  • Legal or government authorities as required by law

No Sharing for Marketing

Notwithstanding the above, iDEAL Hire does not share, sell, or rent SMS consent data or mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

Technology Providers

Third-party service providers assist us in operating our AI screening tools and SMS platforms. These providers are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential and use it only for the services they provide to us.

Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

  • Access or update your information
  • Request deletion of your data (unless required by law to retain)
  • Opt out of non-essential communications
  • Withdraw consent to processing where applicable

Opt-Out

You may withdraw your consent to receive communication at any time by replying STOP to any message received from iDEAL Hire. You may also text HELP for more information. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further communication will be sent unless you re-initiate contact.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. This includes secure servers, encrypted communication, and internal access controls.

Data Retention

iDEAL Hire retains personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or to comply with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements. As an employer, we are required by law to retain certain records (such as payroll, tax, and I-9 documentation) for a minimum of 3 to 7 years post-employment. SMS consent records are retained for 4 years following the last interaction to comply with CTIA and TCPA regulations. While you may request the removal of your information via privacy@idealhire.com, we will retain any data required to meet our statutory legal obligations.
