Key Responsibilities
• Provide patient care in an Intermediate Care (IMC), Progressive Care Unit (PCU), or Stepdown setting.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, including dysrhythmias, and manage titrated drips.
• Perform peripheral line and PICC line management and care.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver quality patient outcomes.
• Float between various healthcare campuses as needed.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a similar setting.
• Valid RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications.
• Cardiac telemetry experience, including interpretation and management of dysrhythmias.
• Experience with peripheral line care and PICC line management.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• First-time travelers are welcome.
• Ability to work flexible scheduling with availability for weekends and holidays.
• Strong understanding of patient care ratios, including 1:5 ratios and float requirements.
