Key Responsibilities
• Assist licensed physical therapists in delivering patient rehabilitative care
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to therapy
• Educate patients and their families on home exercises and ongoing care
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards

Required Qualifications
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification in New Mexico
• State-specific caregiving account registration for New Mexico caregivers (agency to verify)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a healthcare team
• Recent experience in physical therapy settings is preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience assisting with patient rehabilitation in outpatient or inpatient settings
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
