Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient physical therapy services on a hospital-based rehab unit
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress using electronic health records (Epic)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care
• Maintain scheduled hours and adhere to facility guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
• Current Physical Therapist license in South Carolina or Multi-State Compact license
• BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in inpatient rehab settings
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Strong documentation and communication skills
