Therapist - Physical Therapist
Location: Odessa, MO
Schedule / Job Type: Days, Full-time, outpatient therapy setting
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to a primarily orthopedic/post-op patient population.
• Evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.
• Manage a caseload with a productivity expectation of approximately 60 visits per week.
• See 12-14 patients per day, including handling follow-up visits and possibly double-booking.
• Coordinate care and obtain necessary approvals for overtime hours with the clinic director.
• Support a team environment and ensure quality patient care standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid license as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred.
• Ability and willingness to accept new graduates and first-time travelers.
• Flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed.
• Good organizational skills and capacity to manage a busy caseload.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous outpatient or orthopedic/post-op therapy experience.
• Experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
