Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general patient population with orthopedic needs.
- Manage a caseload that allows for approximately 12-14 patient visits per day, with productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
- Double-book follow-up visits as needed to optimize clinic workflow.
- Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed, pending approval for additional OT hours by the director.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure quality patient care and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon.
- Outpatient therapy experience preferred; new grads are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous outpatient orthopedic therapy experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and patient management skills.
