Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a general patient population with orthopedic needs.
• Manage a caseload that allows for approximately 12-14 patient visits per day, with productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
• Double-book follow-up visits as needed to optimize clinic workflow.
• Work up to 40 hours per week, with 36 hours guaranteed, pending approval for additional OT hours by the director.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure quality patient care and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon.
• Outpatient therapy experience preferred; new grads are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous outpatient orthopedic therapy experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and patient management skills.
