- Part-time, 10-hour day shifts (4 shifts per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in a critical access hospital setting
- Float between hospital units and affiliated facilities as needed
- Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately using Epic electronic health record system
- Provide patient assessments, develop and implement treatment plans according to physician orders
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to all safety, compliance, and hospital policies in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- Valid Oregon Physical Therapist license (pending license submissions accepted)
- Minimum of 1 year of recent outpatient physical therapy experience
- Experience with Epic charting system required
- Ability to float between hospital units and affiliate facilities as needed
- Must have reliable transportation for assignment purposes
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a critical access or rural hospital setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
