Schedule / Job Type

• Part-time, 10-hour day shifts (4 shifts per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in a critical access hospital setting
• Float between hospital units and affiliated facilities as needed
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately using Epic electronic health record system
• Provide patient assessments, develop and implement treatment plans according to physician orders
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to all safety, compliance, and hospital policies in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• Valid Oregon Physical Therapist license (pending license submissions accepted)
• Minimum of 1 year of recent outpatient physical therapy experience
• Experience with Epic charting system required
• Ability to float between hospital units and affiliate facilities as needed
• Must have reliable transportation for assignment purposes

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a critical access or rural hospital setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
