Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and screening mammograms in a high-volume outpatient setting
• Produce high-quality radiographic images while providing compassionate patient care
• Assist with specialized procedures such as fine needle aspirations, needle localizations, stereotactic biopsies, and 3-D mammography
• Maintain compliance with quality control activities mandated by MQSA and FDA standards
• Float to other campuses as needed, ensuring coverage and flexibility
• Observe and assist new technologists during initial exams to ensure quality

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington State mammography license
• 1+ year of full-time mammography experience (2+ years preferred)
• Certification in ARRT and BLS
• Ability to perform diagnostic and screening mammograms and related procedures
• Proficiency with mammography equipment and quality control standards

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with stereotactic biopsy and advanced mammography techniques
• Knowledge of breast anatomy and radiographic exposure factors
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and staff in a high-volume environment
