Job Title: Registered Nurse - CVOR Location: Dallas, TX Schedule: Days We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to fill a temporary position at our client's Cardiovascular Surgery unit. This is a travel opportunity, and the ideal candidate will be flexible and able to adapt to a new work environment. **Unit Information** * Number of Beds: 5 * Number of Staff: 15 * Type of Staff: + Day Shift: RN, CST, AT, PCT + Night Shift: On call * Patient Ratios: 1:1 * Type of Equipment: OR * EMR: Meditech **Typical Procedures** * CABG, AVR, MVR, Aortic replacements, Vascular procedures, Heart transplants **Required Qualifications** * Current RN license * Basic Life Support (BLS) certification * Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification * Certification in Operating Room (OR) nursing (CNOR) preferred **Key Responsibilities** * Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced OR environment * Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth patient care * Participate in unit-specific protocols and procedures * Adhere to HCA culture and values **Preferred Qualifications** * CST for scrub tech * Experience in cardiovascular surgery **Work Schedule** * 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Days If you are a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse looking for a new challenge, please apply today!
