Job Title
• Therapist - Respiratory Therapist

Location
• Iron Mountain, MI

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, day shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities
• Administer and monitor respiratory treatments including vents, Bipap, Cpap, high flow, and nebulizers
• Perform ABGs, bedside assessments, and manage conscious sedation and end-tidal CO2 monitoring
• Respond to RRTs and code blue situations, providing assistance during emergency procedures such as c-sections and critical infant care
• Setup and operate advanced respiratory equipment, ensuring patient safety and compliance with protocols
• Collaborate with the healthcare team, including hospitalists, ER staff, and physicians, to deliver critical respiratory care
• Float within various hospital units including ER and inpatient wards as needed

Required Qualifications
• ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS certifications
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Experience responding to RRT calls and code blues
• Ability to independently intubate in collaboration with physicians preferred
• Comfortable working as the sole RT in-house when necessary

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous travel therapy experience preferred
• Experience with Duos or remote monitoring systems
