Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• Travel, Night shifts, 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement patient care in the Emergency Room for the assigned patient population.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, safe, and efficient care in compliance with organizational standards.
• Demonstrate professionalism and respectful communication with patients, families, staff, and physicians.
• Manage clinical duties under the supervision of the Patient Care Director or Manager.
• Respond effectively to emergency and crisis situations.
• Maintain all required certifications and adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards.

Required Qualifications

• Current New Mexico RN license or valid Compact state license.
• BLS certification from AHA.
• ACLS and PALS certifications from AHA or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 1 year of recent ER nursing experience.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and clinical competence related to emergency nursing.
