• Contribute to documentation and progress reports as directed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care.

Required Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure or certification.
• Ability to work onsite at multiple locations as specified.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior experience in a healthcare or therapy setting preferred.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility.
• Familiarity with clinical documentation and patient care protocols.
