Job Title

• Surgical Technician (Tech - Surgical)

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Midshift, 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, potential floating to other units/departments

Key Responsibilities

• Perform instrument decontamination, including endoscope processing
• Assemble and sterilize surgical instruments
• Operate equipment such as washer-decontaminators, ultrasonic cleaners, scope processing equipment, steam sterilizers, and low-temperature sterilizers
• Ensure all data and information management are accurate and automated
• Maintain compliance with sterilization protocols and safety standards

Required Qualifications

• CRCST or CBSPD certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in decontamination and sterilization
• Experience with endoscopic instrument processing
• Ability to operate sterilization and processing equipment
• Must badge in and out at the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Travel experience in sterile processing preferred
• Previous work in similar hospital or healthcare environments
