Key Responsibilities
• Perform physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to patient needs
• Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress
• Coordinate care and communicate with healthcare team members
• Document patient records accurately and maintain compliance with standards
• Act as a patient advocate to ensure best care practices
• Supervise and mentor supporting staff, volunteers, and students as needed

Required Qualifications
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Knowledge of current physical therapy standards and practices
• Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and treatment planning
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous experience working in a hospital or clinical setting
• Familiarity with care coordination and interdisciplinary teamwork
