Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in the Intermediate Care Unit (IMC), Progressive Care Unit (PCU), or Stepdown units.
• Deliver bedside patient care, monitor patient vitals, and respond to emergent situations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
• Document patient information accurately and thoroughly.
• Support patient recovery and ensure optimal outcomes throughout assigned shifts.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an IMC, PCU, or Stepdown setting.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
• Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hospital electronic health records.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
