• Full-time, travel assignment, days shift

Key Responsibilities

• Circulate within the operating room during orthopedic, spine, neurosurgical, and general surgical procedures
• Take call as required for the OR team
• Utilize advanced equipment such as electrosurgical devices, Neptune suction, and patient positioning tools
• Document all procedures accurately in the Meditech system
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, certifications, and safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Tennessee RN license
• BLS certification
• CST certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of OR nursing experience, including circulating in orthopedic and spine surgeries
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Strong critical thinking and customer service skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with neurosurgical and robotic procedures (preferred but not required)
• Familiarity with surgical procedures such as total joints, spine fusions, neurosurgery, urology, and cardiovascular surgeries including open heart
• Knowledge of advanced surgical equipment and digital microscopes like Synaptive Modus V (preferred)
