- Full-time, temp-to-hire, onsite, day shifts, 3 shifts per week (12 hours each)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in a rehab/skilled nursing unit.
- Support patients with rehabilitation needs, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining accurate charting and documentation, including experience with EPIC systems.
- Maintain licensure and certifications as required, including VA licensure or proof of compact license.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN / LPN license in Virginia or proof of compact licensure.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care (LTC) or rehab/skilled nursing.
- BLS certification required.
- Prior charting experience with EPIC is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of NIH and stroke education for RN candidates (if applicable).
- Must have at least one supervisory reference for submission; two are preferred.
- Candidates must have current VA licenses or provide proof of licensure.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Recent experience within the last year in a similar setting.
- Experience working with acute care hospitals under Riverside Health or similar systems.
- Familiarity with floating or staffing flexibility based on facility needs.
