Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized nursing care to telemetry patients in an acute care hospital setting.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, ensuring timely interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient progress and response to treatments accurately within the electronic charting system.
• Float within scope of practice to meet unit and facility needs.
• Comply with hospital policies, state licensing regulations, and safety standards.

Required Qualifications
• Valid South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in telemetry.
• Epic electronic charting system experience.
• NIHSS certification preferred.
• Ability to work every other weekend and adapt to a flexible schedule.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience in acute care hospitals with patient ratios of 1:4 or better.
• Experience with patient monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation.
• Familiarity with hospital policies for float and RTO scheduling.
