• Full-time, on-site, days (3x12) shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized pediatric critical care to neonatal to adolescent patients within the PICU setting.
• Float between all pediatric units, including CVPICU, NICU, and PICU, to meet facility needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Adhere to all hospital protocols, safety procedures, and documentation standards.
• Participate in rotating weekend and holiday shifts as scheduled.
• Maintain compliance with required certifications and ongoing education.

Required Qualifications

• Valid South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Pediatric ICU.
• BLS and PALS certifications (American Heart Association approved).
• Ability to work a flexible block schedule with manager approval.
• Willingness to float across pediatric units within scope.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with ECMO and CRRT.
• Prior work in a pediatric critical care environment.

Additional Details

• Shift: 12-hour days (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
• Travel compliance through #Tier2
• RTO requests must be submitted at time of application for approval
• Candidates outside a 60-mile radius considered on a case-by-case basis at a reduced rate
• Hurricane season staffing considerations may apply from June to November.
