Key Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing patient treatment plans
- Provide rehabilitative care to patients with various medical conditions
- Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and care routines
- Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment
- Comply with all safety and health regulations in clinical operations
Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Knowledge of physical therapy procedures and modalities
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working in a clinical or outpatient setting
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Bilingual abilities a plus
