Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy services primarily for adult and pediatric orthopedic patients, with some neuro cases including CVA and developmental disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including home exercise programs.
• Educate patients and their families on safety, injury prevention, and post-treatment care.
• Assist with patient transfers and lifting to ensure safety and comfort.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately using the EPIC electronic medical record system.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs in a busy outpatient clinic setting.

Required Qualifications

• Missouri state licensure as a Physical Therapist or pending license accepted with completion prior to start.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient therapy experience.
• Experience with EPIC EMR is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with both adult and pediatric orthopedic patients.
• Familiarity with neuro rehabilitation including CVA and developmental disorders.
• Strong patient education and injury prevention skills.

Additional Details

• Shifts: Days, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• No weekends or on-call duties.
• Candidates must have valid Missouri licensure in hand at time of submission; pending licenses are accepted.
• No local candidates within a 75-mile radius; travel is required.
• Travel compliance and background requirements apply.
• EPIC EMR experience required for certain units.
