Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Nights, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to telemetry patients during night shifts
• Interpret and manage cardiac dysrhythmias using EPIC documentation system
• Administer medications and manage IV drips, peripheral and central lines
• Follow O2 protocols and non-invasive airway management procedures
• Utilize PPE and isolation precautions to maintain patient safety
• Participate in rapid response team activations as needed

Required Qualifications

• Kentucky or compact nursing license in hand or at submission
• Minimum of 2 years of PCU/Telemetry nursing experience
• EPIC EHR system experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications (valid prior to assignment)
• Strong understanding of dysrhythmia interpretation and management
• Ability to interpret and manage various drips and airway protocols

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working with blood products and infection control procedures
• Prior experience floating between different units within a hospital setting
